work from home jobs?

Hi. I have heard mixed reviews about 'work from home' or 'telecommuting' jobs. Some people swear by them and others say they don't exist. My issue is finding some good sites that want you to work from home and they don't want to charge you $200 to sign up to do it. It seems like each site charges a fee for you to get information about working from home. The fee they are charging does not guarantee a job, just information. Are there any out there that are legitimate jobs that don't charge you to work for them? I feel like I am wasting my experience. Jobs around here are hard to find right now. I was recently laid off and trying to help make ends meet. For the past 10 years I was a warehouse manager in charge of a department that ran 24/7. I can type 70wpm and I am not afraid of a challenge. so if anyone out there knows of any sites that would be good please let me know. Thanks so much for your help and have a great afternoon.

I work for Cloud10corp located at
www.cloud10corp.com
I get a biwkly paycheck by direct depost, had to show proof of citizenship, W-4, etc. and paid no fee to join.

They are hiring now, and if you are interested and apply, please let the interviewer know that Linda Reynolds referred you. I take inbound service calls that I was trained to take, with my computer…didn't need a landline, etc. Everything is set up through my PC (which did have to meet certain spec. listed on the site)
I work a steady shift which I chose to meet my convenience, 30 hours per week, and have support through a specific chat room to get help if there are questions I cannot answer. There are no benefits, other then referral bonuses at this time.
They are very nice to work for, and very helpful…pays are on time, and any announcements are through email or the employee portal (provided). There were no fees associated with this…I did have to purchase a usb headset for $30.
The work is pretty easy, there is paid training, and a period of "Nesting" where you get TONS of help and take only a few calls to help you get accustomed to taking calls…that is also paid. It's a great place to "work" no signup fee, nothing…this is legitimate.

Yes, there work from home jobs and telecommuting jobs and they do exist. First of all, do not pay any site $200 for work at home jobs. There are plenty of online websites that don't have fees and that have work from home jobs.

A website you might want to take a look at is called http://www.virtualjobconnection.com. I was referred this website from a friend and I found a work at home job and didn't pay any fees.

Maybe I'm reading your statement wrong. Did you say you had to pay $200 just to get information on working from home?? That's a new one!
I don't know anyone that is hiring to work from your home, or anyplace that you could be hired for below minimum wage or even make an adequate income. If your really serious about wanting to work from home, then I suggest you start your own home based business. Lot's of people are doing this and are doing quite well. If you'd like a web site of a really good company that I'd recommend getting involved in, Donald Trump has endorsed them, then email me and I'd be happy to email you back with their web site. Other than that, I wish you the best of luck, because I seriously don't think there are any reall at home "jobs", only if you start your own home based business. They are really inexpensive to start up too.

My mother has been doing work at home jobs part time for about 2 years now. She does customer service jobs from home and she loves it. She actually just retired because she makes enough from her work at home job now to leave her FT 9-5. :)

She works for: http://www.liveops.com and http://www.acddirect.com

And she used to work for: http://www.westathome.com

She makes over $2000 per month while she was only doing it part-time.
