NOPE…WRONG AGAIN, …
NOPE…WRONG AGAIN, no router or modem issues. Everything has been tested and everything is fine except for the ACN phone. I’m talking with ACN Customer Service for the 20th time and hope to cancel my account today!!! Yippee!!!

So why would you …
So why would you have to reboot your computer? The phone simply uses your modem or router to work. I’ve had my computer off and out of the equation totally while I was repairing it and still used the video phone and/or the handsets. Sounds more like you were having router issues instead.

I HAVE a stupid ACN …
I HAVE a stupid ACN video phone, which is why I did the post. I wanted to use the ACN phone for business but it was so embarrassing to have calls dropped over and over mid-call. Then, to have to re-boot the phone and my computer again and again or call customer service over and over when it still dropped calls….A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! And I’m not the only one…I know several people who have had the same problems.

Dropped calls? Funny, in the last year and a half that has never happened to me. Is the videophone perfect? No, it’s not. I too, have had occasional problems and have had to reset it, but I have never had to call customer service to do so. Simply turn it off and then back on and all is well. If you actually had a videophone, you would know this.
