I have actually found a company that i love that i work from home with! It is not a scam..it is selling a real product. Get this…I dont have to sell it, though…i am in the personnel dept! You should probably check with someone from your local homeschool group, esp. someone who has dealt with the same teacher you will be dealing with. There is likely a Yahoo group for your areas homeschoolers.
I went through a few of them back in Ohio with my kiddos. They reviewed the body of work for the student for the scheduled school year. We homeschooled year round, but it didn't matter. We kept reading lists, field trip logs and the write ups that the kids did after them, awards received, samples of all work at 2 month intervals, projects on video or photos of art work, certificates from classes taken outside of the home, we did a lot of photographic evidence of learning activities, science journals, writing journals, and so on and so on. We also took copies of the results of testing done and the record of portfolio review from the prior year. A copy of the Intent to Homeschool that included our planned curriculum for the year and resources to be used.
The older children sometimes did unique presentations at the assessment, such as a video presentation to summarize their year to go along with the records.
The prep for the first one was nerve wracking. After that we all really looked forward to them and they were extremely enjoyable.
Is there such thing as a company that hires people to work from home without charging a fee?
It seems as if every company that advertises "Work from home" is out to make a buck by charging a fee. Then, they just send you crap and you out of 15 bucks. But that $15 was not easy to give or one would not be looking for a job.

i am a fresh graduate and live in indonesia, and most work at home jobs i've ever read must pay for joining fee. Another problem is, if there is no joining fee, the salary payment method always use paypal, etc. The only bank account i have is BCA (visa card).So, i need a job which have payment method via bank account.

There really isn't anything out there with no investment at all, you can start with affiliate marketing for free, but you do need to at least invest in a domain name and hosting to start up something like that.

I have health reasons why I need to work at home. I have been scammed before and don't want to get burned again. So, it doesn't matter to me if I work for someone else or become associated in some home-based business (even MLM) just as long as I can work at home. HOWEVER, I want to associate myself only with a Christ centered, God driven company. Does anyone of such or can suggest one?
Hmmm, well, that's going to depend on how literal you want to get. Supposedly, God is not driven by a capitalist nature, so any business where you make money could not, technically be a Christ centered, God driven company.
If you just want to burn some time and be a good Christian, volunteer your time. There are a ton of things you can do from home…check with your church.
